Summary
A DoD class deviation (DARS Tracking No. 2018-00016, dated June 2018) issued by the Director of Defense Pricing/Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy establishing the Defense Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Pilot Program. It authorizes contracting officers to competitively acquire innovative commercial items, technologies, and services via a general solicitation with peer/expert review under Section 879 of the FY17 NDAA (Pub.
