Summary
An OUSD(A&S) memorandum from the Principal Director, Defense Pricing and Contracting, on reporting of DoD use of Other Transactions for prototype projects for FY2021. Following the November 20, 2018 USD(A&S) authority memo and Section 873 of the FY2019 NDAA (as amended by Section 819 of the FY2020 NDAA), it prescribes a standard reporting format and the data elements each Component must verify and complete (contracting agency, command, awardee, award value, dollars obligated, consortium, project status, successes/challenges, and follow-on production details), using a prefilled FPDS-NG file due to DPC by January 14, 2022.
