Summary
Executive Order 14369, 'Ensuring American Space Superiority,' issued December 18, 2025, setting the Administration's space-policy priorities across exploration (Artemis lunar return, lunar outpost), national security (prototype missile-defense technologies, responsive space architecture), commercial space growth, and advanced capabilities.
