Summary
A USD(A&S) policy memorandum dated February 25, 2020 issuing the data call for reporting DoD use of other transactions for prototype projects, covering fiscal year 2019 and the first quarter of FY2020. It provides a standard reporting format and a prefilled Excel workbook (populated from FPDS-NG) and lists the required data elements for each active OT, including follow-on production details.
