Summary

Section 825 of the FY22 NDAA (Pub. L. 117-81), a statutory reporting requirement for certain defense acquisition activities. It directs the Secretary of Defense to establish procedures identifying organizations performing on other-transaction agreements under 10 U.S.C. 2371 and 2371b (and on individual task orders), capturing transaction participants, consortium-selected performers, dates, and amounts for both initial and follow-on awards, and directs GSA to update FPDS within 180 days. It also requires annual reporting to the congressional defense committees and a public, searchable database of covered agreements and funding.
